Shipping and Exchange Policy

For digital services, shipping is not applicable.

For any physical materials provided, please review the following policy:

Delivery:
Course materials or resources, if included, are sent electronically or through a secure delivery service within 30 business days (to be delivered iteratively and incrementally).

Exchange Policy:

Digital Content: Access to digital content is provided through a secure link. Exchanges for digital content will not be entertained. 

Any access issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the link with haresh.raisinghani@jvmhinfo.com

Physical Materials:

No Physical Materials are Issued, However if the Candidate requires Physical Certificate, It will be issued at an additional Shipping cost on Actuals. 

 

Shipping Fees:
Physical shipments may incur shipping fees based on the recipient's location, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
